What is Yuenyeung?
Yuenyeung (鴛鴦) also known as Yinyeung, Yinyong, or Yuanyang is a beverage that combines brewed coffee with milk tea. It is popular in Hong Kong, and Malaysia. The drink is called Kopi Cham in Malaysia. The drink is served hot or cold.
In Ethiopia they drink tea mixed with coffee called Spreeze!

When dining at a Hong Kong style restaurant you can order coffee, or milk tea, but you can also ask them to combine the two drinks. The server won’t be surprised by the request. Order coffee and tea at a Starbucks or Tim Hortons, and ask them to mix it you’ll get a funny stare.
Typically a drink is included with a Breakfast or Lunch combo in Hong Kong style cuisine. Yueneung should cost the same as a coffee or milk tea. Though a drink served cold usually costs extra at Hong Kong style restaurants.
The flavor of Yuenyeung tastes like milk tea with the roasted flavour of coffee. Sometimes sugar is already mixed to the milk tea that mixing in the coffee dulls the sweetness. Add sugar to taste. The texture is smooth and delicious!
