Longaniza is a Filipino style of sausage with Spanish origin. It has spices, and fat similar to chorizo. The quality of the Longaniza at Fraser Park Restaurant is very good with little fat and lots of meat.
The homemade hot sauce while good is more of a chili paste than a liquid sauce.
