Earls Kitchen and Bar at Station Square is open for business. Earls is a ‘Premium Casual’ restaurant chain similar to Cactus Club. This location in Burnaby next to Metrotown has one of the biggest patios in the area and is perfect for the summer.
Earls is all set up for Physical Distancing with lots of space between tables, and lots of hand sanitizer.

$$ AFFORDABLE BUT PRICEY. Expect to spend Over $20-$30 per person with drink, tax and tip. ‘PREMIUM CASUAL’ means Premium pricing for casual food items you could find cheaper elsewhere.
QUALITY:
OK! The burger was ok. Nice bun and toppings. The way they cook the burger leaves the patty watery. Fries were salty crispy. Portion size is small compared to dedicated burger restaurants. Beer was good and refreshing, cold glass with some frost.
SERVICE:
GOOD! Friendly. Good attentive, water refills, and checking the table the right amount of times but not too many times.
VERDICT:
Overall, SATISFIED. Earls is a nice option for drinks and food in a ‘Premium Casual’ atmosphere and price range. Nice patio and good serving staff. Don’t expect cheap prices or large portions.
