This is one of the only Indian Buffets in the area! New India Buffet is technically the second largest Indian buffet to Tandoori Flame in Surrey-Delta, but the largest in central Vancouver.

Over 30 items on the buffet line not counting salads and condiments. They also feature Indo-Chinese dishes which makes this buffet unique.
One of the highlights New India Buffet is the ALL YOU CAN DRINK Chai tea! New India Buffet is the only AYCE Indian Restaurant to offer chai included with the buffet! The chai is not mixed with sugar but you can choose from a selection of sugar packets.

PRICE:
$$ FAIR PRICE. At $16.95 for buffet expect to pay around $20 per person for Lunch with tax and tip. This price is similar to other AYCE restaurants but cheaper than most AYCE sushi.
QUALITY:
OK! Unique Indo-Chinese items. Liked the assortment of dishes, and ingredients used for each dish. Disliked some items which were dry like Tandoori Chicken, and food temperature could be hotter.
SERVICE:
OK! They were late opening after their posted Noon time. Good physical distancing of tables. All staff wears gloves and masks.They remind you each time you go to the buffet line to use hand sanitizer. A little slow plate clean up.
VERDICT:
Overall, SATISFIED. Over 30 items on the buffet makes New India Buffet a solid Indian buffet experience with a fair price.
LIMITED FREE PARKING under the restaurant but there are homeless / addicts doing drugs in the parking spaces.
