Good. The Cheesecake is more spongy than Uncle Tetsu’s.

VERDICT:
Castella Cheesecake is a nice place to get dessert in downtown Vancouver. They have their own unique take on Japanese style cheesecake. Though the cheesecake is the main focus here, the Cheese Tarts at Castella are the real winner.
