HAPPY SUSHI on Victoria Drive in South Vancouver serves up Japanese food a la carte and All You Can Eat Sushi.
At Happy Sushi the All You Can Eat is available All Day and costs $19
The selection is very good but like similar sushi restaurants sashimi is not included in AYCE, and costs extra.

Prawn Tempura, Hash Brown and Chicken Nuggets (Karaage).
At Happy Sushi the Chicken Karaage is called Chicken Nuggets on the menu. Unfortunately, they don’t have McDonald’s style Nuggets. They do have Hash Browns like you’d find at Tim Hortons.
Assorted sushi
Tuna and Salmon sushi rolls and cones, and nigiri.
Comes with ginger too. Other AYCE restaurants charge extra for ginger.

PRICE:
$$ Affordable. FAIR pricing. $20 AYCE. However their AYCE is the same all day. No difference with Lunch or Dinner. This is more expensive then AYCE lunch but cheaper than AYCE dinner at similar restaurants.
QUALITY:
OK – Good. The miso soup was better than other sushi restaurants. The Salmon Tempura was hot and fresh, the sushi was good but the tuna had a funny color.
SERVICE:
Good. Not busy during weekdays at lunch.
VERDICT:
Overalll SATISFIED. Happy Sushi is a good choice in the South Vancouver area if you’re craving sushi rolls, tempura, and other Japanese dishes. The AYCE has a good selection and the price is fair. Quality and freshness maybe a hit or miss depending on what you order.
