The Birthday Burger at Red Robin is a popular offer to redeem on your special day. Who doesn’t know someone who loves Birthday offers?!
Unfortunately, there are changes to the offer starting in APRIL 2025.

The Birthday Burger requires a Red Robin Royalty account where you use your email and phone to sign up and become a member. You need to provide the phone number on the Red Robin account you made. It will be used to redeem the offer when you pay at the restaurant.

As of 2025 you are now required to have 10 Points ($10 in qualifying purchase) MUST be earned BEFORE the FIRST DAY of your BIRTHDAY MONTH.
Yes pay attention to that detail or you will show up to the restaurant disappointed! If you’re a once a year Red Robin customer then, you’ll need to make plans for more Red Robin.
Furthermore…
Points earned on the redemption of the Birthday Burger offer does not count toward the earning of the next year’s Birthday Burger offer.
That’s fine. No biggie.
but…
A $10 minimum purchase is required at the time of redemption. Given the price of everything these days, that should be an issue.

The Kids’ Birthday offer will now be $7 off toward any menu purchase during the month of their birthday. A $5 minimum purchase is required at the time of redemption.
