GOOD! Served warm, with soft center of melted chocolate. The texture is chewy but with nice outer toast on the bottom to give the cookie shape.

VERDICT:
SLIGHTLY SATISFIED! Costco’s latest food court menu item is more expensive than the hot dog and it doesn’t come with a drink! While the cookie is loaded with chocolate, and is served warm and melty, the price tag is too high which makes this cookie a premium food court item. They should consider knocking the price down but it makes for a delicious sweet treat. If you’re looking for a budget meal at Costco food court, skip the cookie.
