Vancouver Christmas Market is a outdoor event inspired by Christmas Markets in Germany. You will see lots of European food and decorations, as well as local arts and crafts.
Admission is $8 from 11:30AM – 2PM Weekdays.
Regular Adult price is $15!!!
Youth $9, Senior $13, and Kids (6 and under) are FREE.
Celebrating 10 Years the Vancouver Christmas Market is located outside Vancouver Convention Center at the Olympic Cauldron.
Glühwein $8.50 in paper cup.
Add $5 if you order the drink in a Mug.
Mulled Wine is served hot. It’s a holiday drink mixed with cinnamon sticks, cloves, star aniseed, citrus, and sugar.

CRISPY! DELICIOUS! This vendor is CASH ONLY.
The Pork Hock is definitely a highlight of the Vancouver Christmas Market. At $12 it’s affordable and the quality is very good. It’s like the Filipino dish LECHON. All that’s missing is the RICE!

PRICE:
$$ Affordable. While food is fairly priced you still pay for entrance to this event. Compared to something like the Richmond Night Market the admission at Vancouver Christmas Market seems high.
Best deal is Early Bird Weekday.
QUALITY:
Good. Unique German and European cuisine all in one place. The Pork Hock is excellent! Good portion size. The spatzle is delicious also good portion size. Mulled Wine is perfect for the cold.
SERVICE:
Good. Friendly. Food served fast not much a wait. Food was hot.
VERDICT:
The Vancouver Christmas Market is a nice place to try European food and to see local and international arts and crafts. The Entrance fee is not cheap but the food is fairly priced.
Mostly CASH ONLY Vendors. Some CARD ACCEPTED. ATM on site.
