QUALITY:
GOOD! Delicious fresh prepared sushi, and donburi. Fair portion size and good flavours. Fresh fish, and homemade Yuzu pudding.
SERVICE:
GOOD! Friendly, helpful. Good for friends and families. A bit of wait to get a table during busy Dinner.
VERDICT:
SATISFIED! Shiro Japanese is a local favorite with a nice variety of Japanese dishes in a chill Izakaya / sushi bar restaurant, in the Cambie City Hall area. Quality and service makes Shiro stand out in a city full of sushi. Good vibes!
