Milk and Sugar Cafe on Kingsway has Weekly Specials for Bubble Tea, and Slush drinks.
These days $5 for a Large drink of bubble tea, slush is a good deal.
The deal includes boba/pearls, and the drink served hot, cold, or slush.
Be aware though they charge .25 cents for the cup!
They do use fresh fruits though, so the quality is worth a trip!
Previously, they had a $5 Large special on ALL DRINKS, however, they are back to select items.
