Another awesome 2-Day event. The Caribbean Days Festival moves to Coquitlam! Delicious cuisines!
After a two year hiatus, Caribbean Days is back in full force this July 23rd & 24th. For the occasion, we’re unveiling our biggest move in years, as the Festival shifts from its long-time North Vancouver location to a new home: Town Centre Park at Coquitlam’s Lafarge Lake.
Town Centre Park is a fabulous multi-use recreational complex boasting Lafarge Lake, a five-hectare man-made body of water anchoring this idyllic greenspace near the heart of urban Coquitlam.
The park is situated not far from Coquitlam Centre, a well-known shopping destination and a hub of the city’s transportation system. As a result, the park can be reached easily via Skytrain. Simply take the Millennium Line to its terminus at Lafarge Lake-Douglas Station, and from there it’s just a few steps to the Park. There is also ample parking adjacent to the park for those arriving by car.
