This has got to be the shortest line in Jollibee Vancouver history! Saturday before lunch time, and not even a crowd out front!
Let’s see what’s new at Jollibee Granville Street June 4, 2022.
Short line up! Compared to Grand Opening week this line up is not a big deal! Jollibee says they are short staffed so there is still a bit of a wait of 30-45min to order, and then get your food.
A few things have changed since the Grand Opening of Jollibee. Looks like they reduced their staff, and are looking to hire more. The menu is now QR code, no one with a tablet taking the order while in line.
The NEWEST addition to Jollibee is the CHICKEN SANDWICH. This was on the menu during the Grand Opening but they never had it for sale until NOW!
The NEW Chickenwich comes in original or spicy. Classic or Deluxe. Very similar to Popeyes. Deluxe will get you lettuce and tomato.
Jollibee is TAKE-OUT ONLY. No Dine-In currently or planned. Remember to ask for napkins and utensils for your take-out!
Chickenwich $6.49
Spicy comes with slice of spicy pepper. Unlike Popeyes, there are NO pickle slices here. The chicken itself was a very mild spicy, and the temperature wasn’t hot fresh from cooking.
Jolly Spaghetti $7.99 +soda .25 Cup Fee
Delicious Jolly Spaghetti topped with cheese. Good portion size, and amount of hot dog slices.
NEW Banana Langka Pie $3.49
So good! Better than peach mango pie! But is the portion size of pie shrinking?
PRICE:
$ FAIR PRICE. Similar to other fast food brands in Vancouver.
QUALITY:
GOOD! Banana Langka Pie rocks. Chickenwich is good but could be spicier and served hotter. Portion size is not as big as Popeyes.
SERVICE:
GOOD! Friendly.
VERDICT:
Overall, SATISFIED. Jollibee Vancouver Granville Street is a good place for Filipino fast food favorites, fried chicken and spaghetti and more. Waiting 4 hours is a thing of the past. If you’re lucky you could be in and out in 30-45 min.
