What is mazesoba?! Mazesoba is mixed noodles. It is served without soup ‘dry noodle’ but has sauce, toppings, and seasoning. It’s also known as ‘Taiwan mazesoba’, Aburasoba, monjasoba, tenukisoba, abu ramen, shirunashi ramen. Kokoro is not the inventor of Mazesoba but it is one of the big chain restaurants.
Kokoro has a good menu with lots of choices. Even though it’s a mazesoba restaurant they also serve ramen, gyoza and karaage. They even have Cheese Cake, and Milk Tea!
