Canffle is a new business on Kingsway in East Vancouver near Burnaby serving WAFFLES and a selection of breakfast items.
At Canffle you order at the counter. There are 3 styles of waffles served at Canffle. Brussel, Croffle, and Mochi. You can order a variety of toppings to make a a Breakfast Waffle or a Dessert Waffle. They even have sandwiches, and omelets.

Norwegian Brown Cheese Waffle $5.99
The server at the counter recommended this and says this is their specialty. Two Waffle wafers (taste like a flattened waffle ice cream cone). The cheese is Norwegian Brunost.

Croffle Club Sandwich $14.75
Croissant flattened in waffle shape. Two croissant sandwiches Poached chicken breast, bacon, egg.
Mochi Waffle $6

$-$$ FAIR PRICE. The prices are affordable similar to other restaurants.
QUALITY:
OK! Croffle Sandwich portion size was good. MOchi Waffle was soft chewy. Temperature of waffles were cold not served hot.
SERVICE:
OK! Nice server at counter was helpful and explanation of the waffle choices, and other items but the kitchen worker who said to stop filming was unnessarilty angry.
VERDICT:
Overall, SLIGHTLY SATISFIED. Canffle is a nice cafe with lots of breakfast optons on the menu. Nice that they serve waffles and eggs, The Brown Cheese Waffle is a unique Korean Street Food treat. Look elsewhere if you want a hip ‘greasy spoon’ brunch spot because Canffle is not it.
