Russian Spoon Bakery Cafe! This video was recorded in 2019 at the now PERMANENTLY CLOSED New Westminster location at Royal City Centre. There is another location at Harbour Centre Food Court in Downtown Vancouver that is still open in 2021!
Russian Spoon serves up Eastern European / Russian cuisine dumplings pierogies, and pelmeni, Borscht, Stroganoff, Cabbages Rolls and more! This is a food court style take-out business, but with homestyle food. Nice food option over the typical food court offerings!

VERDICT:
Overall, SATISFIED. Nice to see Russian food at a food court and to support this local business. The dumplings are delicious with sour cream and the cabbage rolls are big! Would return to try more of their menu.
