QUALITY:
GOOD! ! Good portion size and TASTY. Fried chicken wings and Beef Luc Lac are a must order!
SERVICE:
GOOD! Servers are good not too much chit chat. A little slow with the chicken wings at the time of this recording. This place could use an update to the interior.
VERDICT:
Overall, SATISFIED. Phnom Penh is a MUST when in Vancouver’s Chinatown. GET THERE BEFORE OPENING or after the lunch rush or be prepared to WAIT.
