Shabusen never adds anything new to the menu! In fact, seems like Shabusen takes AWAY items. Maybe one day Shabusen will try something new, but seems like they are sticking to what works. There’s enough here to satisfy AYCE fans.

QUALITY:
GOOD! Tasty BBQ, good sushi, sashimi and kitchen cooked items. The in-table grills however are showing their age.
SERVICE:
OK! Friendly. Good speed with getting dishes and clearing plates.
VERDICT:
Overall, SATISFIED. Shabusen is STILL the place to get sushi and BBQ AYCE in Vancouver. Can’t be beat! NO RESERVATION REQUIRED HERE (UNLESS YOU’RE A BIG GROUP OR SPECIAL EVENT THEN YOU SHOULD RESERVE).
